2009 Popcorn Sale Information for Pack 39

Only 2 weeks left !!

Our Pack 39 goal is $15,000 or about $250 per scout.

The 3 Ways to Sell Popcorn

1. Show and Sell (October 10th and 11th @ Shaws)

The Shaws show and sell is scheduled for next weekend (Saturday and Sunday 10/10 and 10/11
8:00 am – 6:00 PM (only 5pm on Sunday). This is a great way to add to your total sales a collect a better prize!

2 Scouts and 1 Adult needed per 1 hour slot.

2. Online Sales

Go to:
http://www.trails-end.com/trailsend/scouts/

Create an account for your scout (the link in upper right hand corner). Enter Pack 39, 01775 and his birth date, you should find us. If you have more than one boy and each wants to sell and track credits, you need to create them each accounts. All online sales qualify for prizes. Sell $250 online and start earning a 10% Amazon Gift Card.

3. Friends and Family / Door to Door

  • Be sure to wear your uniform
  • Ask customer to Support Stow scouting
  • Write down order on order sheet
  • Collect the payment in advance (checks written to Pack 39 Stow)

Turn in your sales to your Den leader before Oct 22 Pack meeting.

  • Make sure the order form is legible and includes scout name & den
    leader and contact number
  • Total the sales
  • Total the type of each popcorn order
  • Convert all cash to a check payable to Pack 39
  • Make sure your scouts have clearly indicated the prize they would like
    to receive
  • Put it all in envelope and give to den leader

Popcorn will be picked up by your Den Leader on November 21st and distributed to each Scout family.
